Become part of Design Month Graz 2024! From May 4 to June 2, everything will revolve around the focus topic What Now! If you would like to participate with presentations, events, exhibitions, workshops or individual program items, please apply by 15 February 2024. The submission criteria can be found below. Submission Criteria

Please send us a short project description and the following data:

• Participation fees (if available)
• Implementation period (date, time, location)
• 3 – 5 photos of your program item (incl. credits)

Special attention should be paid to the following

Personal responsibility
The format and type of event are up to the submitter – whether a presentation, event, exhibition, workshop, a single program item or a program series. The program item is fully conceived and calculated upon submission. Idea sketches for projects and work in the conception phase cannot be considered.

Personal initiative
The success of the submitted program item depends largely on the initiative of the submitter. Design Month Graz sees itself as a marketing umbrella under which a large number of program items can be accommodated. However, this does not replace personal commitment and self-marketing for the event.

Self-financing
Each participant in Design Month Graz organizes the event at his/her own expense. Creative Industries Styria cannot provide any financial resources for the implementation! These are to be raised by the participants themselves.

Services of Creative Industries Styria

As the initiator and organizer of Design Month Graz, Creative Industries Styria uses all available marketing and public relations channels to communicate the programme items regionally, nationally and internationally. Various printed materials are published for Design Month Graz. All information is also available at www.designmonat.at in German and English, as well as via the social media channels.

Coordination of the program items
Creative Industries Styria has an overview of all submitted program items. This enables the best timing of the submitted program items and prevents overlaps.

Marketing support
Creative Industries Styria communicates the overall program and Designmonat Graz as a brand. In doing so, it also supports the marketing of the submitted program items. Media work for individual program items is carried out in cooperation and coordination with the partners.
