AVL DiTEST micrΩHM – a device that was developed in close collaboration with AVL DiTEST with the aim to test and maintain the batteries of state-of-the-art electric vehicles quickly and comfortably. Prerequisite to the device’s design was to ensure ease of use and provide a safe testing surface for the batteries, with its chamfered form allowing the device to stand firmly on the ground. In addition, the material was optimised to deliver long life performance and robustness together with a design language that is precise, formal and reduced. This design impressively captures the professionalism, sustainability and innovation of the device’s working environment, thus also making a clear reference to electro-mobility.
