Your main tasks

• Design intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and functional user interfaces that meet both business requirements and user needs
• Develop and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-leading design tools
• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistent product design
• Conduct UX/UI workshops with clients to analyze user needs and define requirements
• Perform user research, usability testing, and data-driven design analysis to continuously optimize the user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iteratively improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis
• Develop data-driven solutions, including interactive dashboards for our data science projects
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and methods in UX/UI to ensure innovative and modern designs
• Promote design thinking and usability best practices within the team

Your qualifications

• Several years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in developing large-scale web and mobile applications for international clients
• A strong UX/UI portfolio that showcases well-structured and visually convincing interfaces
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with user research & usability testing to make data-driven design decisions
• Knowledge of designing interactive dashboards and data visualizations is a plus
• Ability to translate complex problems into intuitive design solutions
• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious working style
• Very good English skills (German is a plus, but not a must)

The starting salary for this position is €4,300 gross per month for a full-time position, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
