Viereck Architects are offering an open position in Office Management (optionally incl. Marketing).

Your Responsibilities

  • General administrative and organizational tasks

  • Reception and support of visitors, clients, partners, etc.

  • Data management (master data, client data, project data, etc.)

  • Correspondence with clients and cooperation partners

  • Communication interface between employees and management

  • General assistance to management (event planning, organizing business trips, etc.)

  • Project assistance for employees in individual projects

  • Supporting preparation for accounting

  • Affinity for marketing tasks is a plus (social media, website maintenance, traditional marketing, etc.)

 

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial training is an advantage

  • Professional experience in administration (knowledge of construction industry) is an advantage

  • Excellent written and spoken German skills

  • Strong organizational talent and quick comprehension

  • Structured way of working with good time management

  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and discretion

  • Open communication

  • Commitment, loyalty, and reliability

  • Confident handling of MS Office

  • Knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) is an advantage

How to apply

Part-time or full-time position (30–40h) with performance-based pay (base salary according to collective agreement, guaranteed overpayment depending on qualifications, e.g. at least €2,700 gross with 3 years of professional experience).
