Your Responsibilities

General administrative and organizational tasks
-
Reception and support of visitors, clients, partners, etc.

Data management (master data, client data, project data, etc.)
-
Correspondence with clients and cooperation partners
-
Communication interface between employees and management
-
General assistance to management (event planning, organizing business trips, etc.)

Project assistance for employees in individual projects
-
Supporting preparation for accounting
-
Affinity for marketing tasks is a plus (social media, website maintenance, traditional marketing, etc.)
Your qualifications

Completed commercial training is an advantage
-
Professional experience in administration (knowledge of construction industry) is an advantage
-
Excellent written and spoken German skills
-
Strong organizational talent and quick comprehension

Structured way of working with good time management

Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and discretion

Open communication

Commitment, loyalty, and reliability

Confident handling of MS Office

Knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) is an advantage

How to apply
Part-time or full-time position (30–40h) with performance-based pay (base salary according to collective agreement, guaranteed overpayment depending on qualifications, e.g. at least €2,700 gross with 3 years of professional experience).
