Job Description

As a Marketing Generalist at Brunwig GmbH, you will be at the forefront of the company’s marketing and sales efforts, driving impactful strategies that directly contribute to its growth. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an eager and independent individual to thrive in digital marketing. You will take the lead in crafting innovative marketing strategies, developing engaging marketing assets,and building meaningful relationships with customers to boost awareness and sales of Brunwig’s products. This versatile position will expose you to a broad range of tasks while helping you grow alongside the company.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
• Create and manage diverse marketing assets, including websites, landing pages, articles, video tutorials, and instructional guides.
• Craft compelling content and engage directly with customers through multiple channels (e.g., email, chat, social media).
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with both potential and existing customers, delivering personalized support that guarantees an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
• Analyze marketing performance data to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and powerful messaging across all marketing channels.

Your Qualifications

• A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and SaaS products.
• Exceptional communication skills with a talent for writing clear and engaging content.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Previous marketing experience or an academic background in marketing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and current AI tools is essential, while experience with Shopify would be highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in video production and social media content creation will be highly valuable.

The starting salary for this position is €2,500 gross per month, which includes overtime compensation. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is the potential for a higher salary to be offered.
