Your Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and maintain content across various platforms (websites, newsletters, etc.).
• Develop and implement content strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Design new templates, landing pages, advertisements, and informational materials.
• Create graphics, images, and visual assets to complement written content (e.g., fact sheets, menus, promotional materials).
• Collaborate closely with agencies and print shops.
• Analyse content performance and continuously refine the strategy.
• Work with departments to produce editorial content such as blog posts, product descriptions, and more.

Your Profile

• A completed degree or equivalent training in marketing, communication, design, or a related field.
• Experience in content creation and management, ideally in a digital environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• A self-directed, structured work style paired with high initiative.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or similar is an advantage.
• Experience using layout software like InDesign for creating print materials is desirable.

Salary and Location

Salary: €2,800 gross per month (full-time, all-in). Florian Weitzer Hotels & Restaurants value your qualifications and experience and will determine your salary individually during personal discussions.
