Your Responsibilities

• Lead the team (currently 6 people)

• Responsible for accounting and cost controlling

• Sparring partner for management and unit heads

• Preparation of business plans, forecasts, and strategic financial analyses

• Monthly evaluations (KERF), planning calculations

• Further development of our accounting, controlling, and reporting structures

• Digitalization and optimization of financial processes and tools

• Interface management with tax advisors, banks, and internal stakeholders

• Accounting tasks: accounts receivable/payable, payment transactions, dunning procedures

• Preparation of monthly, annual, and interim financial statements in close cooperation with external tax advisors

• Administration of payroll, time tracking, and employment contracts

• Control of transfers and job post-calculations

Your Qualifications

• Solid experience in finance – e.g., as a controller, accountant, or finance team lead

• Education in business administration, controlling, accounting, or a comparable qualification

• Entrepreneurial thinking, affinity for numbers, and a desire for further development

• Strong hands-on mentality – able to think strategically but also execute operationally

• Team-oriented approach and a healthy dose of pragmatism

• Experience in an agency environment is an advantage, but not required
