In 2025, the practice-oriented, co-creative self-learning programme we:transform will launch, offering 75 participants from the creative industries opportunities to gain insights into current economic and societal changes, while equipping themselves and their businesses or projects for the future.

Over nine months, participants will engage in webinars, in-person sessions, project groups, coaching, and a hands-on transformation camp, diving into topics such as digital, green, and social transformation, as well as circular economy and collaboration. Together, they will explore the opportunities and challenges of these transformative processes.

we:transform is a funded initiative by Kreativwirtschaft Austria as part of the Creative Industries 2030 Innovation Programme by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy, in cooperation with the Austrian Economic Chamber and Creative Industries Styria. It is financed by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy. Participation is free of charge, but spaces are limited to a maximum of 75 participants across Austria.

In-Person Workshops

Two in-person workshops for Styrian participants will be held at Lendhafen Graz, facilitated by trainer Marie-Theres Zirm.

Online Sessions

Six online sessions on transformation topics will bring all 75 we:transform participants across Austria together. These sessions provide expertise on new technologies, collaboration and innovation processes, circular economy, and other key areas of digital, ecological, and social transformation.

Co-Creation Camp

During a 2.5-day camp, participants from across Austria will come together to pool their expertise and experience. The goal is to co-creatively develop projects, services, and products that bring value to participants and their clients.

Final Event in Vienna

The transformative finale of we:transform will focus on presenting, celebrating, and reflecting. Participants will gather once more to showcase their projects and developments, expand their networks, and amplify their impact.
