Apprentices are the future of any company. Therefore, they and their personal development are the focus of this three-month training program with online and in-person sessions.
Schedule
After a joint kick-off, participating apprentices will have access to an extensive e-learning program that provides content in the areas of personal development, mental strength, and “learning to learn.” The training is accompanied by personalized 1:1 online coaching and regular in-person workshops, tailored to the goals and needs of the apprentices.
The apprentice program is offered by Golden Mind in cooperation with Holzcluster Steiermark and Creative Industries Styria. It supports apprentices in presenting themselves confidently in their professional everyday life up to the final apprenticeship exam (LAP) and in building a strong network with other branches or companies.

Target Group
The Apprentice Meet-up is aimed at apprentices of all years, especially those in their second year. It is a great benefit also for apprentice supervisors!
